Coffee is an important part of many people’s daily life. But unfortunately, not everyone responds to coffee in the same way.

This may depend on your genetic make-up, recent research shows.

One study focused on the metabolism of coffee in almost 10,000 people and tested chemicals found in one’s blood after consuming caffeine.

The research team found that people have various gene variants and some variants linked to not only caffeine metabolism, but also nicotine metabolism.

In addition, many of the genes found to metabolize caffeine also coded for proteins that function in the metabolism of other clinically important drugs, such as those that treat insomnia, Parkinson’s Disease, hypertension, and more.

So if you are not wired after drinking your coffee, don’t worry about it. You may want to keep the habit, because it can provide some health benefits.

Recent research shows that drinking 3-4 cups of coffee can help you live longer.

The study reviewed more than 200 studies and found that drinking 3-4 cups of coffee a day is linked to a lower risk of death and getting heart disease compared with drinking no coffee.

In addition, drinking coffee is linked with lower risk of some cancers, diabetes, liver disease and dementia.

But the researchers also suggest that some people should limit their coffee intake.

One type of people is present women. A study shows that women who drink coffee during pregnancy may have overweight children later.

Although the direct causality is not clear, researchers want to give a warning.

The study examined health information of studied information on 50,943 pregnant women.

The team found that children born to mothers who drank caffeine during pregnancy are at greater risk of being overweight at preschool and school ages.

This may harm the children’s health in later life because childhood obesity is a big risk factors for type 2 diabetes.

Many people add refined sugar and cow milk into their coffee, and the added sugar and unhealthy fats may bring some health conditions, like obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
