No sugar 1 week: What really happens?

According to the American Diabetes Association, people with diabetes can still have sweets, chocolate, or other sugary foods as long they are eaten as part of a healthful meal plan or combined with exercise.

Too much sugar can cause weight gain, increase cellular aging, may increase cancer risk, depression risk, type 2 diabetes risk, heart disease risk, and has been linked to acne.

In this video, Dr. Ergin will talk about what really happens in your body when you quit sugar for one week.

He will talk out all the good things that happen without sugar however he’ll also point out all the side effects and the withdrawals you will have to go through.

He will also give a solution to prevent all the pain and suffering.
